What to do when…
Find the message or situation you see in the app. Each entry explains a possible cause and the next steps.
”Broadcast but not confirmed” after Migrate, Flip or Add rung
What happened. The transaction was sent, but the app did not receive confirmation in time. It may still complete.
What to do. Follow the transaction link to the blockchain explorer and check its status. If successful, refresh Manage. If it is still pending, wait for the result.
Do not repeat the operation while its first outcome is unknown. A repeat can perform the action and spend funds again.
The swap on close failed
What happened. If the close is already confirmed, the positions are closed and the tokens are in your wallet, but the swap did not complete.
What to do. In Swap Failed, review the retry conditions. The retry button shows its slippage allowance. Retry if you accept those conditions. If it fails again, try another available aggregator in Settings.
Sell … on Manage sells the wallet’s entire balance of that token, not just the remainder from the last close.
If the original error says price impact could not be verified, the retry runs without that check. Consider this before confirming.
The aggregator refuses to sell a particular token
What happened. The aggregator could not find a sale route or does not support selling the token. Being able to buy does not guarantee being able to sell.
What to do. Select another aggregator available on your network in swap settings and request a new quote. Check the amount you will receive before confirming.
The ladder did not appear on the Dashboard
What happened. If creation is confirmed on-chain, the positions may not have been linked to your account for display.
What to do.
- Check the creation transaction’s status.
- If Dashboard shows a yellow banner with position IDs, press Retry.
- If that does not help, copy the IDs and open Manage → Token IDs → Load Positions.
A missing Dashboard entry alone does not prove creation failed. Do not create again before checking the transaction.
V4 position creation failed because of a token transfer fee
What happened. The token keeps part of each transfer. The pool receives less than the position requires.
What to do. Check the token’s transfer fee and Max token transfer fee in Settings. Within that limit, the app can reduce the ladder to account for the fee and return the unused remainder. Raising the limit means accepting a higher transfer fee.
Entry into a pool is blocked because of a hook
What happened. The pool’s additional contract can take funds on deposit or withdrawal. Creating positions in that pool is disabled.
What to do. Choose another pool of the same pair. More about V4 warnings.
The application asks me to confirm a price deviation
What happened. The selected pool’s price differs substantially from the market reference.
What to do. Check the token addresses, selected pool and price direction. For a new pool, check the starting price you entered. If you do not understand the discrepancy, cancel and refresh the data.
Private version only
Telegram alerts and TP/SL are available in the invitation-only private version. They are not available on liquidityladder.app.
Telegram alerts do not arrive
What happened. Telegram may be disconnected, notifications may be off, or the interval between alerts may not have elapsed.
What to do. On Alerts, check Linked, Alerts enabled, the individual alert and Cooldown between alerts.
TP/SL will not activate
What happened. Auto-close is supported only for ladders held by the built-in wallet in the private version.
What to do. Check which wallet owns the selected ladder. Simply switching wallet tabs does not move existing positions. If the wallet is eligible, check the error message and rule settings against the TP/SL instructions.
