Wallets

Wallets

Connect an external wallet to sign in. Once signed in, choose the wallet that will perform operations. Open the wallet dialog from the sidebar; on a phone, open the menu first.

The active tab determines the wallet used for operations. Before creating positions or swapping, check that wallet’s address, network and balance.

External wallet — MetaMask

Choose MetaMask and connect your external wallet with Connect wallet. Confirm requested operations there. Before using a token for the first time, you may need Approve, which allows the contract to spend the token.

The key stays in your external wallet. Use that wallet’s own backup and recovery process to preserve access.

Built-in wallet

Create or import

  1. Choose Built-in.
  2. Press Create Wallet for a new wallet, or Import Key to import an existing private key.
  3. Set and confirm the built-in wallet password. If requested, confirm the action with the wallet you used to sign in.
  4. Check the address shown. Fund it on the network you want to use.

The wallet is linked to the account you signed into. Its password is required for Export Key and Delete.

Back up the key and recover access

Immediately after creation, open Export Key, enter the password and save the private key somewhere safe outside the site.

⚠️

The built-in wallet password cannot be reset. The service keeps no backups of built-in wallets. If the server record is lost, access can only be restored with a private key you saved beforehand.

You can import the saved key into a compatible external wallet. Positions remain on-chain, but you need access to the wallet to manage them.

Delete removes the built-in wallet from the server and requires the password. Before deleting it, make sure you have saved the key and can recover access.

The service is provided as is: we accept no liability for lost access to a built-in wallet.

Browser wallet

The key is stored in your browser. The password and recovery phrase are entered in a separate wallet window; the main site does not see them.

Create

  1. Choose Browser → Create a wallet.
  2. Read and acknowledge the warnings, then press Continue.
  3. Set a password.
  4. Write down the recovery phrase, then press I wrote it down.
  5. Enter the requested words to confirm you recorded it.
⚠️

The recovery phrase is the only way to restore this wallet after browser data is cleared or to move it to another device. The service has no copy and cannot reset your password. Write the phrase down during creation: this tab has no key export.

Import or recover

Press Import a phrase, enter the 12- or 24-word phrase separated by spaces, check the address and set a password for this browser.

Lock and delete

  • Lock locks the wallet; Unlock unlocks it with your password.
  • Closing the tab or reloading the page requires the password again. It also locks after 24 hours without signing or 12 hours in the background.
  • After several wrong passwords, wait briefly before trying again.
  • Delete removes the local wallet copy after you type DELETE. You need the saved phrase to restore it.

The browser wallet performs operations inside the app. Signing in to your account requires an external wallet. The browser wallet signs only recognised app operations.

Private version differences

The private version uses the account password and, when enabled, 2FA for the built-in wallet. Its TP/SL auto-close works only with the built-in wallet — see Alerts & TP/SL.
